Who we are.Welcome to Reservations Hotels.it, an on-line hotel booking portal, founded at the end of 1999 and owned by Harres Multimedia resources srl, Italian Partners of Booking.COM, part of the Priceline Group (Nasdaq:PCLN), Leader in Europe in the on-line hotel bookings sector.
Our site aims to offer a selection of hotels for each city so users can choose and contact a hotel directly in real time. Harres Multimedia resources srl is not a travel agency so we are unable to provide any further information or answer specific requests, even verbally, about the hotels advertised. The on-line booking service is provided through our partner Booking.COM

How to search for a hotel You can search for a hotel in different ways, all quick and easy, for example:
1) Hotel search from the map by clicking on specific countries.
2) Hotel search through a search engine. Just insert the name of the hotel and/or place.
3) Hotel search through short-cut links on the home page, which give you direct access to the hotel.

How to check availability. For all hotels, exclusively with on-line booking, there is a room availability calendar which is up-dated daily. If your chosen hotel does not have a room available for your chosen period our service can suggest an alternative solution in other hotels situated nearby, according to your specific requirements.

How to book. Booking is quick and easy, just click on the name or photo of your chosen hotel to view more information. Click on “Book” to complete the operation. You can also click on “Book” straight from the list of hotels. Before confirming your request please read the cancellation conditions carefully. The personal information you provide is sent on a Secure Server for complete protection.

All the hotels on Reservations Hotels.it have the following characteristics:

On-line booking: they are all part of the Booking.Com circuit which allows you to visit the web pages of the various hotels, immediately check availability and rates and make your booking in real time.

Direct contact on line: users contact the hotel directly through the Quote Request and/or Booking Request Form. Following your request you will receive a reply directly from your chosen hotel.

The hotel information contains clear details about each hotel’s Sales Policy.
Immediate confirmation: You will receive a booking voucher immediately via email to confirm your booking. This voucher safeguards your interests and those of the hotel since it represents a business agreement between the parties. Please print the confirmation e-mail and keep it safe because it contains information about your booking and cancellations.

Booking request: As confirmation of your booking sur demande, »” request you will receive an e-mail which informs you that your chosen hotel has received your booking request. The operators will contact you within the following 48 hours with information about methods of payment and/or an alternative solution if no rooms are available for your chosen period.

IMPORTANT. In order to receive confirmation of your booking request, make sure you insert the correct contact information. The system is not able to complete the operation if the data provided is not correct.

How to cancel your booking. All bookings can be cancelled, within the relative terms, without any penalty charge. Please read the section regarding Sales and Cancellation Policy carefully for each individual hotel. The automatic booking confirmation e-mail contains a link to the page which allows you to cancel your booking. This operation also cancels your data from our system and therefore no other operation is necessary.
IMPORTANT. Cancellations must be carried out according to the methods set out in the individual hotel’s Sales and Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made any other way will not be accepted even if sent before the cancellation deadline.

How to change your booking. Bookings may be changed at a later date but only in compliance with the individual hotel’s Sales and Cancellation Policy, in which case there is no penalty charge.

Security/Privacy.. All information requested by our system and indicated on the forms is indispensable for the management of the bookings and is strictly confidential. All data are sent on a Secure Server SSL 128 Bit. For more information please consult the relative section on our site.(…read)

Your credit card details are necessary exclusively to guarantee your booking. No cost will be charged, with the exception of those specified in each individual hotel’s Cancellation Policy, if your booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline or in the event of a “no-show” (…read)

General Conditions. The use and browsing of our website implies that you have accepted our General Conditions for the provision of the service. If you do not accept please leave our site immediately. Each booking request made through our on-line booking system is sent by the system to the relative hotel. We aim to facilitate on-line hotel bookings by putting the users and hotels in direct contact. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels.
