Security/Privacy
The information requested to register is necessary for the management of our bookings and is strictly confidential. We guarantee the protection of both your personal details and your bank or credit card details. All personal data and information provided is processed using Secure Servers and is therefore entirely encrypted and cannot be read.
Your personal information, including bank details, is kept in a secure database for a period of no more than 30 days from the end of your stay for booking purposes. To avoid undesirable access or improper use of your bank details, we observe strict processes for the storage and communication of information, in compliance with articles 7 and 13 of Law Decree 196/2003. All personal information, including your bank details, may only be exchanged between the User, the Hotel and our organisation.

Credit cards Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. No debit will be made, except where it is provided for in the booking conditions of an individual hotel or in the event of a no-show. When necessary your credit card details are transmitted directly to the hotel by a Secure Server SSL, thus ensuring full protection and the strictest confidence.

How to book.. After choosing a hotel to suit you, click on the hotel name or the photo to access the hotel details and click on ‘Book’. You can also click on 'Book' directly from the list of the hotels. To submit you booking request, complete the booking form with your personal information and, where necessary, your credit card number in order to guarantee your booking. Before confirming your request, please read the cancellation conditions carefully. All information provided is sent via a Secure Server.

Booking requests: Following your booking request a confirmation e-mail from the hotel will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the booking form. You will receive a reply from the hotel within the following 48 hours giving confirmation or cancelling your request, together with the relative conditions of payment.
IMPORTANT. In order to receive confirmation of your booking request make sure you insert your contact details correctly. If the information is not correct we will be unable to complete the operation.

How to cancel your booking. Bookings may be cancelled without a penalty if the cancellation is made according to the terms of the individual hotel’s sales policy. The link to cancel your booking is indicated in the automatic confirmation e-mail. Your booking will be cancelled from our system without any further action. Cancellation requests made in any other way will not be accepted even if they are made before the deadline. Cancellation must be made exclusively according to the procedure indicated by each individual hotel. ATTENTION: Reservations Hotels is not responsible for any penalties debited from your credit card if the booking cancellation is not made according to the methods specified.

How to change your booking. Any changes to your booking may by made before you submit your request. After your booking request has been submitted it cannot be changed. You must therefore cancel your confirmed booking according to the cancellation procedure and make a new booking.

General conditions. All general conditions are available on the Prenotazioni Alberghi website. Each booking request is sent by our system to the relative hotel. Our aim is to facilitate online bookings. All hotel information is provided directly by the hotels themselves. For this reason Reservations Hotels, cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, hotel service interruptions or failure to provide information, make payments or refunds.
